At Silverado we strive to be the best part of the build process. This is a service industry and we feel blessed to serve or clients. We believe this is also a relationship business and work tirelessly to ensure this relationship lasts for many years after the completion of your home.
Silverado’s build time is approximately 10-12 months from start of construction. Many times we come in under this time frame, but things like weather delays and materials availability can extend it out. We would rather set a time frame that is reasonable to meet and exceed it when we can.
The easiest way, of course, is to pay cash (which some clients do). The next best way is to get a construction loan. If you have already been prequalified for a construction loan with a lender you trust, great! We’re happy to work with them. If you don’t already have a construction loan in place, feel free to contact one of our preferred lenders who have worked with us in the past.

We do a 2-10 year warranty that is provided by a third party company. The first year we cover the home and years 2-10 is covered by Maverick (formerly known as Centricity).
