Tori Bailey - Office Manager

Tori Bailey was born and raised in Austin, Texas. Shortly after graduating, Tori met her husband and moved around the US with their three children while he served in the US military. Tori received her Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Business Management which put her on the path to follow her true passion in custom homes. Tori and her family currently reside in the Texas Hill Country.

Pam has lived in the Austin area since 2010 with her husband of 30 years, Pastor Todd, their two adult children and two precious grandbabies. She graduated in 1991 with a degree in Interior Design and has always had a passion to create beautiful functional spaces. Pam is involved in the client side of the home building process from start to finish, she manages the warranty requests as well as the marketing materials and social media. Her attention to detail is a great asset to Silverado. In her free time, Pam enjoys spending time with her two grandbabies and doing DIY projects around the house.

Ed Miller - Construction Manager

Ed Miller leads our talented team of Superintendents at Silverado Signature Homes. He began his career in home building in 1994 with a focus on residential homes. Ed and his wife have 3 children and live in the beautiful Hill Country. His favorite part of building homes is working with the homeowners to create their dream home and have them be satisfied customers.

Clayton Kovar - Superintendent

Clayton Kovar was raised in Jarrell, Texas. Clayton began his career in residential construction in 2014 and enjoys every aspect of the business. Clayton describes his approach to home building like this: “I strive to build a home as if I am going to move into it myself.” He says experiencing the joy and excitement that comes with handing over the keys to a new homeowner is just one of the great perks of this job.

Braden Pearson - Superintendent

Braden Pearson has lived in the Georgetown & Liberty Hill area since 2008. He is married to his wonderful wife Sidney and is a father of one. Braden is a graduate from Texas State University where he played collegiate baseball and later played professionally with the Texas Rangers organization. After retiring from professional baseball he started his home building career in 2019. Braden loves building relationships with every customer and providing them with a dream home.

Chad Cowan - Superintendent

Chad Cowan has lived in the Austin area since 1998. He currently lives in Hutto with his wife of 15 years, Jamie and his 9 year old daughter, Olivia. He has been in the residential construction business, specializing in custom finish carpentry since 2005. He has a connection with clients and strives to perfect each aspect of his job from start to finish. His favorite part of building homes is doing custom work for people, making their interesting ideas come to life. He enjoys building homes for folks, but in the end, he has not only finished your project but made a friend for life.
